Form\u00e5let med Besk\u00e6ftigelsesministeriets informations- og holdningskampagne var at g\u00f8re op med den holdning, at man automatisk t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 sin tilbagetr\u00e6kning og sin tredje alder, n\u00e5r man passerer de halvtreds. P\u00e5 lang sigt skulle det gerne betyde, at flere seniorer bliver l\u00e6ngere p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e5 dig et langt seniorarbejdsliv. L\u00e6s de 20 anbefalinger, t\u00e6nketanken har anbefalet til regeringen s\u00e5 vilk\u00e5r og arbejdslivet kan forl\u00e6nges for vores seniorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kampagnen satte fokus p\u00e5 fordelene ved, at flere bliver et par \u00e5r l\u00e6ngere p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. For den enkelte senior, for virksomhederne og for samfundet som helhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kampagnen lagde derfor op til, at arbejdstagere, seniorer og organisationer t\u00e6nker i senioraftaler. Senioraftaler blev i kampagnen markedsf\u00f8rt som en mulighed for gradvis tilbagetr\u00e6kning og som et alternativ til at g\u00e5 p\u00e5 efterl\u00f8n eller tidlig pension.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En senioraftale er en helt individuel aftale mellem en arbejdsgiver og en senior om arbejdsvilk\u00e5r, der er anderledes end standard. Det kan v\u00e6re alt lige fra en ugentlig fridag til andre opgaver og jobfunktioner. Pr\u00e6cis d\u00e9t, der skal til, for at den enkelte l\u00f8nmodtager v\u00e6lger at blive et par \u00e5r ekstra p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. Det er for tidligt hvis du sp\u00f8rger os. Danmark f\u00e5r nemlig brug for alle h\u00e6nder og hoveder, for arbejdsstyrken mindre, de erhvervsaktive bliver f\u00e6rre. Der kommer flere og flere \u00e6ldre og f\u00e6rre yngre arbejdsaktive til at l\u00f8fte vores samfund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danskerene lever heldigvis l\u00e6ngere. Om blot 25 \u00e5r bliver vores liv fire \u00e5r l\u00e6ngere end i dag, siger prognoserne. Det kr\u00e6ver, at Danskerene arbejder lidt l\u00e6ngere end i dag, hvor de gerne vil p\u00e5 pension som 60 \u00e5rige. Hvis Danmark vil have samme levestandard, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 vi blive p\u00e5 arbejdsmarked l\u00e6ngere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danskerene har indrettet os alt for meget p\u00e5 et enten-eller. Enten at v\u00e6re p\u00e5 arbejde eller at holde fri. Vi beh\u00f8ver ikke at forlade arbejdsmarkedet fra den ene dag til den anden. Arbejdsmarked og Danskeren kan godt f\u00e5 b\u00e5de-og. Det kr\u00e6ver omstilling og en \u00e6ndret indstilling.
