En af dem der er virkelig vigtig for mig er kosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vigtig rutine for mig, er at have styr p\u00e5 aftensmaden. For s\u00e5 har jeg styr p\u00e5 shopping,  hvor meget tid jeg skal bruge p\u00e5 at lave det. S\u00e5 jeg kan planl\u00e6gge min dag. normalt planl\u00e6gger jeg en uge af gangen. Som det er nu. Har jeg lavet en ny dagligrutine. Jeg starter min dag med at planl\u00e6gge dagen, s\u00e5 den er struktureret. Jeg er p\u00e5 ingen m\u00e5der fanatisk omkring min kost. dog lever jeg glutenfri da jeg har C\u00f8liaki. Kunne jeg selv v\u00e6lge valgte jeg det grove korn fra for uden korn. man beh\u00f8ver ikke bruge meget tid hver dag p\u00e5 mad. Jeg er f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig spiser. jeg spiser p\u00e5 alle f\u00f8lelser. Med min tr\u00e6ning kan jeg finde den ro som maden giver mig. Men jeg kan jo ikke tr\u00e6ne hele tiden. For mig er det vigtigt n\u00e5r der sker omv\u00e6ltninger, lige at tr\u00e6kke vejret m\u00e6rke hvad sker der. i den periode ved jeg at der har maden magten.  men s\u00e5 tager jeg over igen og med skemaer og dagligerutiner. s\u00e5 kan jeg nemmere forklare min hjerne hvad det er der sker og der med vinde og finde roen uden mad.
